Principles of Real Estate
- This
is a required course for all real estate licensing.
- For
Salespersons licensing
- The
law requires completion of 30 hours of Principles of Real Estate
to obtain the certificate required to sit for the licensing
exam.
- For
Broker Licensing
- The
law requires two (2) years of experience and completion of 24
hours of Principles of Real Estate to obtain the certificate
required to sit for the licensing exam.
