Success Real Estate Institute Class Schedule

SUCCESS REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE is initiating our new FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. On “renewal months,” we will designate one week of the month for a region. Find your region in the image to the right, and check the calendar for when we will be in your region.

RENEWALS & EXPIRATIONS
January - "C" Renewal
February = "C" Expires
March - "D" & "E" Renewal

During the non-renewal months, the schedule becomes even more flexible. On these months we will hold Pre-license for Salespersons and Brokers and Post License classes. Due to the length of these classes, they are best attended on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you want one during the week, just pick the days and call us. Class Schedule
Morning – a 4 hr elective, either Ethics or Customer Service or Contracts
Afternoon – Req. Sales & Broker Core, a required for sales and broker 4 hrs.
Late afternoon - Management – this satisfies both broker core and sales electives 4 hrs
